Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service, work progress, and delivery status.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Service has not yet been initiated after payment.
• Failure to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeframe.
• Duplicate or excess payment made by the client.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Work that has been partially or fully completed.
• Delays caused due to incomplete information from the client.
• Change of mind after work commencement.
• Customized or urgent services already delivered.

4. Revision vs Refund

Instead of refunds, we encourage clients to request revisions within the originally agreed scope of work. Revisions are handled professionally to ensure satisfaction.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must contact our support team with valid reasons and supporting details. Requests without proper justification may be declined.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used.
