8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom work remains the intellectual property of the client after full payment. Sample content remains the property of Tech Scholar.

9. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a user violates these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or misuses our services.
